Tom Woodyard a recognized leader known for his energy, integrity and accountability, Tom Woodyard is a Florida-licensed real estate salesman and principal of Woodyard & Associates. Tom’s career in real estate dates back to 1987, and his knowledge of the Southwest Florida market is unparalleled. Tom has been a top performer throughout his career. He earned a place in the Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence from 1998-2002, and then led the number one commercial real estate team at Re/Max. His company has been recognized each year as a top broker in Southwest Florida with the Costar Power Broker Award given by Costar Group, Inc. A leader in his field, Tom served on the Governing Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Society and was the Chairman of the Scholarship Foundation. Gloria Hooper

Gloria Hooper specializes in premier residential property sales including waterfront homes, build-to-suit opportunities and residential lots in Southwest Florida. Gloria represents a seller who has pledged a significant donation from the proceeds of each sale to further cancer research. Originally from New England, she owned a catalog and retail business for 20 years.

J. Fred Burson

J. Fred Burson is the Broker of Record for Woodyard & Associates, LLC.He has been qualified as an expert witness in Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years by the 20th Judicial Circuit. He has also served as a Court Appointed Administrator for management and disposal of Real Property in Lee, Hendry and Collier Counties. Fred has testified in over 7,000 Value Adjustment Board Hearings, as an expert in Real Estate Values in the following counties; Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades, DeSoto, Highlands, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Indian River, Broward, and Monroe.

A native of Southwest Florida, he currently lives in LaBelle. He is a member of the Lee County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol and avid supporter of 4-H and Little League Baseball in Lee, Hendry & Glades counties. Tamra Ellsworth

Tamra Ellsworth manages the finances of the company's Limited Liability Companies and Florida Land Trusts. Before joining Woodyard & Associates Tamra was the office manager at a large family run Air Conditioning Company. Tamra has experience in accounting, Bookkeeping and Finance. Tamra handles Account Receivables and Account payables for the firm. She also assists with IT support and General Office Manager responsibilites.

Paula Davis-Gnagey

Paula Davis-Gnagey, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) has been active in the real estate and development community in Southwest Florida for over 25 years. Co-Owner and Building Company President of an Arthur Rutenberg Franchise Keystone Custom Homes, Keystone built over 400 homes in Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero. Also, as Co-Owner and Managing Member of Keystone Communities was responsible for pinpointing and acquiring vacant land to develop and build single family and multi- family communities in Pelican Marsh, Rookery Pointe and Palmira Golf & Country Club. In addition Keystone acquired several large tracts of agricultural land in Lee and Hendry counties which they then took through the entitlement process and consequently sold to end users. Paula has extensive experience in both the residential and commercial land markets. Her expertise is to try to maximize property values and uses. Paula has served in the Naples area as a Board of Director for the Naples Area Board of Realtors, past President of the Naples Women’s Council of Realtors, was Committee Chairperson for the Urban Land Institute, and served on numerous committees with the Collier County Building Industry. She also was appointed to be a committee member to help develop the Growth Management Plan for Collier County. Paula is a licensed Florida real estate broker and a member of the REALTOR Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc.
