Tom Woodyard a recognized leader known for his energy, integrity and accountability, Tom Woodyard is a Florida-licensed real estate salesman and principal of Woodyard & Associates. Tom’s career in real estate dates back to 1987, and his knowledge of the Southwest Florida market is unparalleled. Tom has been a top performer throughout his career. He earned a place in the Grubb & Ellis Circle of Excellence from 1998-2002, and then led the number one commercial real estate team at Re/Max. His company has been recognized each year as a top broker in Southwest Florida with the Costar Power Broker Award given by Costar Group, Inc. A leader in his field, Tom served on the Governing Board of Directors for the Real Estate Investment Society and was the Chairman of the Scholarship Foundation. He is also a member of the Greater Fort Myers Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, Southwest Florida CCIM Chapter, Commercial Investment Professionals and the Lee County Building Industry Association. His experience is an essential tool for his clients to maximize their potential. Todd has been awarded the coveted CoStar Power Broker Award in 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 from CoStar Group, Inc. for recognition as one of the top ten leading office, industrial, and retail brokers in Southwest Florida. Todd is one of the very few brokers in Southwest Florida to receive the award in all three business areas. Todd was listed by Gulf Shore Business Review as one of the 20 Most Recognizable Names in Commercial Real Estate in the Region. Gloria Hooper specializes in premier residential property sales including waterfront homes, build-to-suit opportunities and residential lots in Southwest Florida. Gloria represents a seller who has pledged a significant donation from the proceeds of each sale to further cancer research. Originally from New England, she owned a catalog and retail business for 20 years.

Lou B. Sand has been a Florida State Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent since 1972 and a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1979. Lou is recognized as a leading authority in Southwest Florida Real Estate.

Lou B. Sand attended the Peabody Conservatory of Music, majoring in piano. She has worked as an Instructor, Church Organist, and Choir Director. Lou is also a Black Belt in Kuk Sool Won and still participates regularly in this school of martial arts. Lou has also served as the Vice President for The Edison Celebration of Art.

J. Fred Burson is the Broker of Record for Woodyard & Associates, LLC.He has been qualified as an expert witness in Commercial Real Estate for over 15 years by the 20th Judicial Circuit. He has also served as a Court Appointed Administrator for management and disposal of Real Property in Lee, Hendry and Collier Counties. Fred has testified in over 7,000 Value Adjustment Board Hearings, as an expert in Real Estate Values in the following counties; Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry, Glades, DeSoto, Highlands, Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Orange, Indian River, Broward, and Monroe.

A native of Southwest Florida, he currently lives in LaBelle. He is a member of the Lee County Sheriff's Mounted Patrol and avid supporter of 4-H and Little League Baseball in Lee, Hendry & Glades counties. Andrea Burson Poulton specializes in land acquisition for development and commercial leasing. A native of Lee County, she has watched as the face of Southwest Florida has changed drastically. Having been a witness to the extreme growth, she understands the dynamic and has a sense of where you can expect to see growth over the next few years.
She currently lives in LaBelle and has strong ties to the community across Lee, Hendry and Glades counties. She is a member of the Board of Realtors and Commercial Investment Professionals. Andrea graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Tamra Ellsworth manages the finances of the company's Limited Liability Companies and Florida Land Trusts. Before joining Woodyard & Associates Tamra was the office manager at a large family run Air Conditioning Company. In addition to the accounting activities Tamra is leasing and sales coordinator. Tamra also holds an active Florida Real Estate License and is a member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers, the National Association of Realtors, and the Florida Realtors Association.
